Being around high-performing, heart-centered people has given me both knowledge and a team. I came to Fiji with strangers and left with friends — people I can reach out to for advice, support, and wisdom. You really are who you surround yourself with, and before Epic Collective, I didn’t have this kind of circle. Now, these people are my community — my social circle. They’ve watered the plant that I am, and now I get to do that for others too.
Being around high-performing, heart-centered people reawakened my empathy. I had become self-centered in my struggles, focusing on limitations and losses. This group reminded me what I love — connecting, sharing stories, and learning from others. I was inspired by their experiences, resilience, and expertise. It reminded me of my own capacity to be that kind of person.
We can get so much more done with our… everybody has such unique skills and geniuses and passions, and yet they all kind of dovetail together to how can we impact the world and leave behind this world in a better place than when we were born into it. And that's… so collaboration. Collaboration with other high-performing, heart-centered people.
Being around high performers and heart-centered people has been amazing. I realize how important our environment is and who we surround ourselves with. You want people around you that help you grow, lift you up, see your potential, and build you up. It’s helped me figure out who in my life helps me grow and how to spend more time collaborating and connecting with them.
So, being around these high-performing, amazing, heart-centered people has made me realize that I need to be surrounded by these people, and that I need them as part of my life. It's funny, I can't really connect with some of my family members and old friends anymore, because they're content where they are. They're not trying to change the world, they're not trying to do something. I've realized just how important it is to have people like this in my life.
You’re enabling people to be the best version of themselves. And that’s pretty critical in this time. I teach and speak around the world. These are tough times. Maybe because young people are always on their phones, they’re not really communicating, they don’t write cursive, they don’t do research anymore because of ChatGPT. Human beings seem to be minimalized today. The idea that there’s an organization out there saying, ‘We’re going to enable you, we’re going to help you find the better version of yourself so you can leave a mark on humanity, leave the world a better place than you found it,’ that to me is the core of this organization.

Who is this community for?
This space is for people who feel called to more. More purpose, more impact, more alignment. Whether you are an entrepreneur, leader, coach, creative, or someone on a personal growth journey, you belong here if you lead with heart and intention.
What is the difference between the Facebook group and the LinkedIn group?
Both communities share the same heart and mission, simply on different platforms. The Facebook group is more conversational and personal. The LinkedIn group is more focused on professional connection, leadership, and impact driven discussions. You are welcome to join one or both.
Is this a coaching program or a sales group?
No. World Changers is a community first. It is not a sales group or a place for spam. The focus is on connection, contribution, and growth. Any opportunities shared inside the community are intentional, aligned, and value driven.
